AirBnB will apply flexible rates, but if you like to book direct, the below gives an idea of our rates:

Daily rate: $ 180,00 (includes GST, 2 persons, minimum 2 nights) 

Weekly rate: $ 1000,00 (includes GST, 2 persons)

Monthly rate: $ 3000,00 (includes GST, 2 persons)

Additional price per person per night $ 20,00

Cleaning fee $ 50,00 per stay.

EV charging

We provide EV charging facilities for guests and everyone who needs a top up! (we are on plugshare)

charging rates:

• daytime charging during sunlight 10 cents per Kw, 

• overnight charging 20 cents, 

• peak (4pm-9pm) 70 cents per KW (thanks to Energex)
